INDOT announces new lane closures

The Indiana Department of Transportation announced new lane closures. The closures that affect Muncie residents are:

  • I-69 Ramps at I-465 and 82nd Street  Various lane and ramp closures at the I-69 interchange ramps at I-465 and 82nd Street Exit 201 may be scheduled between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. each night.
  • I-69 Major Moves 2020 Project from State Road 37 to State Road 38 I-69 may be reduced to one lane in each direction each night between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. 
  • Pleasant Creek Bridges at State Road 332 (McGalliard Road) One left lane of I-69 South near Exit 241 is temporarily diverted across the median to share the northbound side of the interstate. One right lane of I-69 South remains shifted to the right on the southbound side of the interstate. It will remain closed until Oct. 4.
