We may all be too old to trick or treat, but that doesn’t mean we don’t buy the large bag of fun size Halloween candy at Target. But before you grab a handful of candy corn, here how much candy you can eat for 100 calories.

Candy Corn: Just 14 pieces of candy corn is 100 calories. One handful of candy corn for me is already 21 pieces. you do the math that seven calories for just one piece of corn. No wonder health officials say candy corn is terrible for you.

Moving on to fun size candy.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups: Probably my favorite Halloween candy as a kid. I would trade candy after trick or treating with my friends and get as many Reese’s as I could. Each Reese’s has 87 calories in it, so for 100 calories you can have about one and a one fifth of it. But if you’re looking for justification to eat more, peanut butter is packed with protein.

Kit Kats: Only 70 calories, this fun size bar lets you eat almost one and a half packs. If you think if it this way, each fun size pack has two Kit Kat bars. So you can eat three for one hundred calories.

Skittles: The candy with the least number of calories on this list. If you’re looking to see which a fun size candy you can have the most of, Skittles is the way to go. It lets you have one and two thirds packs for only 100 calories.

Snickers: The caramel and chocolate makes it one of the high calorie treats, but you can still treat yourself and have one and one fourth snickers for 100 calories.
