SGA senate retreat features first blitz for student feedback

Ball State’s Student Government Association (SGA) met in Room 175 of the Art and Journalism Building Sept. 15 to participate in a student senate retreat, where they participated in a “blitz” — going outside and seeking student perspectives on what they want fixed at the university.


Ball State hosts local panelists to discuss Afghanistan under Taliban rule

A number of panelists met in Room 175 of the Art and Journalism Building on Thursday to discuss the repercussions of the United States’ military withdrawal from Afghanistan. The event, “Afghanistan: Status and Future,” was led by Larry Gerstein, director of the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies.
